November 2006
Wenling Pipe Components Factory was established, specializing in yacht pipe fittings production. It collaborated with Triton Corporation of the United States, primarily providing stainless steel pipe components for Yamaha.
May 2016
WENLING BOERDE MACHINERY CO., LTD. was established. In August of the same year, it collaborated with Wenling Chengfeng Machinery Factory to develop a 6-series aluminum alloy casting process.
June 2018
A major breakthrough was achieved in the 6-series aluminum alloy casting process, enabling mass production and gaining recognition and praise from domestic and international customers. It has long provided high-quality anodized products made of materials such as 6061 to overseas yacht manufacturers.
December 2018
A joint venture, Taizhou Jinyi Machinery Co., Ltd., was established with Wenling Damin Hardware. BOERDE now has its own plastic products production line, integrating Damin Hardware's experience and advantages in plastic products production with BOERDE's quality control strengths.
December 2019
The factory moved to a new location and successfully commenced production.
